instructions
Remember that your telephone number
must be registered on a PIN-free or HSL account
before using the service - otherwise our system
won't allow you to access the service.
If you want to add another telephone number to
your account, just call Customer Service at 1-866-870-004
or log in to "Manage Your Account" (username and
password required) and add the number with the
name of the country of origin.
-After opening a PIN-free account you only have
to choose an access number (depending
on your location) and dial it from any of
the numbers registered on your account. Our system
will recognize your number and notify you of your
available balance. Then just dial the destination
number and wait for the connection.
-For faster access we recommend that you record
the access number in the phone memory.
- MultiPhone access number (depending
of your location)
- Domestic calls:
1 + Area code + telephone number
- International calls:
011 + Country code + City code + Telephone number.
