Questions
about PIN-free prepaid phone service
How does PIN-free technology
work?
When placing an international or domestic long-distance
call, you dial our access numbers and the system automatically
performs a caller-ID check on your phone number and
caller-ID recognition and grants you access. There are
no PINs or access codes to remember or enter.
Do
I have to subscribe to use the PIN-free service?
Yes. Since the system works with caller-ID technology,
you must register the phone numbers you want the system
to check when you place an International or domestic
long-distance call.

How
many phone numbers can I register when subscribing?
You can register as many numbers you want under the
same account. For example, to include your cell phone,
home phone and office phone and pay for them all with
one credit card, just write down all three phone numbers
on your registration form. That's all there is to it!

Can
I check my account activity?
Yes, you can access your account in order to
check the calls made, calling times and the rate charge,
either via the Internet with your username and password
or by calling our Customer Service Center. Either way
you can also recharge your account by adding more talking
minutes, as well as add or delete phone numbers.

How
long does my account remain active?
Once you have set up an account, it will never be deactivated unless you require MultiPhone to deactivate it.

If I don't use my account for some time, do I lose the balance I might have in it?
It does not matter how long your account goes unused. As long as you have a balance you will be able to use our service with your Pin free account. Your balance never expires.

Questions
about virtual calling cards
Why is phone card usage growing
so rapidly?
Prepaid phone cards are great MONEY SAVERS! They significantly
reduce phone bills, especially for people on the run
like business travelers, college students and vacationers.
They offer convenience and reliability everywhere, all
the time - which makes them extra valuable in emergencies.
How
do prepaid phone cards work?
With a prepaid phone card you buy a specific
amount of calling time. As calls are made, time is automatically
deducted from the card until there is none left. Other
typical charges include maintenance fees and taxes.
Do
I have to subscribe to buy a virtual calling card?
Yes. Our system protects you from fraud, so before
purchasing any services, including virtual calling cards,
you must enter your personal information and form of
payment. That way you will be able to review calls charged
to your account.

What
is the recommended amount of calling time to buy?
That depends on how long you want to talk and where
you are calling. If you purchase $10 worth of talking
time and you only call Venezuela, you receive 59 minutes
at a rate of 17 cents per minute.

Is
it safe to order on the internet?
The MultiPhone page is a secure site. You can
order with confidence knowing that your credit card
information will be strictly guarded. Alternatively,
you can phone in your order.
How
will I get my card?
After you finish subscribing over the Internet
or by phone and your payment authorization is done,
the system will generate your account and register your
personal information. Then we will send you an e-mail
with all the access numbers, PIN and a tool for printing
your calling card so you can put it in your wallet or
purse. If you subscribe by phone, we will call you and
give you all of this information. Your account on the
Internet will be created using either method.

What
do I have to do to use the card?
The e-mail you receive from us will instruct
you to dial a toll-free access number, then the PIN
and finally, the number you wish to call.

Do
the advertised phone rates vary at all?
No, the rates remain the same all day, seven
days a week anywhere in the continental U.S. Some cards
will permit calls originating in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
The rates may be different, however, depending on the
card.

Can
I call from anywhere with my card?
Yes, most cards are for calls originating in
the United States and can be made from any phone in
the country. The FCC mandates a 50-cent fee for calls
made from pay phones. Rates for calls on mobile phones
are higher than rates shown on the Web site.

Do
calling cards expire?
Cards typically expire 3 to 6 months after they are
first used.
